Further to my fax dated 5th November 2003, please be advised that all areas requiring maintenance at 55 Womra crescent Glenmore park have now been attended to.
I must say that the effectiveness and the reputation of a builder are put to the test when there are maintenance activities required to be undertaken, especially 5 years after the building was initially constructed.
My interactions with your maintenance supervisor, Mr. Nino Tropea, were extremely positive. I found Nino to be very professional, courteous and focused on providing a high level of customer service.
He was very efficient in coordinating all activities, with both the relevant contractors and myself, in order to ensure prompt rectification. I am very happy with the overall turnaround time, especially considering the level of activity around this busy festive season.
I therefore thank you both and extend to you our best wishes for a very Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year. My husband and I will be in contact with you in early 2004 in order for you to provide construction costings for our new home.

I write this letter as I approach completion of my new home. I would like to take the opportunity to thank you and your staff whom I have dealt with over the duration of the building process. Building certainly is a stressful time but I have found your staff to be absolutely fantastic in there level of customer service and your team needs to be congratulated as they all know what authority they have and when to refer the customer to another colleague. I found that everything reasonable request is able to be done.
People that I have spoken with that have contributed towards making this time of building Special have been; Joe Ly who provide individual advices and was honest about timing. John Calo who was always well mannered and found ways to always help me. The ladies on the switch and in your accounts areas are always polite and courteous (as they are the face of your business you should be proud of them). Your colour consultant who was very efficient and made my life easier. Tour technical drawers and designers that made adjustments to my plans when required. Each and everyone of your tradespeople/contractors that have been terrific and professional throughout the process. My neighbour was also impressed with how they came in, did the job and left. Peter my site supervisor that I contacted regularly, is an implausible well organised gentleman with amazing patiences when dealing with customers. He has a good eye for detail and most issues I raised he either knew about or explained to me that these things would be done by other trades.
A couple of point's make your company a pleasure to deal with in my eyes are your staff & trades and contractors you employ and their manner & skills. Being able to bring in (with your permission) other trades or myself to do jobs required like air conditioning and wall / ceiling insulation.
Thank you again on providing as beautiful home for me, your help and Iwould be happy to recommend Lily Homes to anyone interested in building a new home.

Dear John & John,
I have sent you both a thank you gift/ peace offering. I would like to thank you both for firstly putting up with me (I don't cope with building well do I) and thankyou for being only a phone call a way to advise me on the progression of my home, give your opinion - hear mine and just plain old listen to me whinge. You two have been great I know have chucked a tantrum or two but sincerely you have both been wonderful and made the experience of building my home easier.
I hopefully am only a few weeks off being the proud owner of a lily home and I will be only too happy to recommend lily homes to anyone considering building a home!
Once again thanks a lot- but we are not finished yet so i am sure we will speak a few more times yet!!!!!

Yesterday the 20th October we have lived in our new lily Carnation home for 12 months. I have been in the building trade all my working life, but am now retired. Because of my health I needed to live in a single storey home and I am pleased that I chose to build with lily homes. The workmanship is very good- much better than I expected in a project home. I was also pleased with John, the supervisor. He took a real interested in the project; even getting tradesmen back to change some things that he felt weren't good enough. He did this on his own initiative, not because we had made a complaint.
If you ever have anyone who would like to look at our home to see the quality of the workmanship we would be willing to show them provide we have had little notice

On behalf of my family and myself we wish to express our appreciation to Nino Tropea for all his efforts and enthusiasm in assisting ourselves with organising the repairing and rectification of any problems in which we had incurred after taking possession of our new home.
As you are well aware with all new homes things happen after just a short period of time. Having paid all this money for a band new home we were not expecting anything to go wrong with the house for quite a period of time. It was very disappointing and frustrating to see a number of faults occur so quickly, but thanks to Nino's punctuality and professionalism the inconvenience of getting things repaired was very minimal.
So again our appreciation is extended to Nino for all his assistance and workmanship. I must say Nino's work ethic's and ability is a great asset to Lily Homes

It has nearly been 1 year since moving into our new home (sorry for the delay), and I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to you and your colleagues in particular John Soloman for putting up with myself and Sharon. Everything we asked to be done or changed, nothing was too big of a problem. He was so gracious and understanding, and willing to rectify any problems we came across.
I would also like to mention Nino Tropea, who was too, so helpful. When we moved into our home, there were a few minor set backs, which he attended to immediately.
In time when business seem to be falling down around us, in particular the building industry, who have either gone into liquidation and left families in debt and without a home, or that of builders with very poor work ethics and standard, who choose to do "shotty" work and new homes need to be knocked down, before they have been lived in. I must say, I have had all of these concerns when deciding to build, too my amazement and gratitude you fulfilled your promise. You told me I would be in my house 5 months, and 5 months to the day, here I am sitting in my beautiful kitchen writing to you now.
I have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone, as I am forever singing your praise and will continue to do so. Hoping that the future brings you much joy and further success.
