How long does it take to build a new home?
From when the first deposit is paid the moment you are given the keys can vary depending on the design of the house.
Most single storey designs on average take 6 months; double storeys can average about 8 months, and duplex designs which involve a lot more complexity can take up to around 12 months.
The quickest home Lily Homes has built was 4 months, but that is faster than usual!
Where do prices start?

What role do I play in the process of a new bulid?
The key role that the home-owner plays is to make decisions on upgrades, drawings and colours. The swifter these decisions are made, the more streamlined the process will be and the faster your dream home will come to fruition.
Some owners like to take a hands-on approach to the design process, while others are happy to be guided by our team through the steps and decisions.
Home designs can be picked from our standard range, or modified to suit your requirements. We also have the option of completely customising a design to suit your land or desired home.

I’ve already purchased my own land – can I build a new home on it with Lily Homes?
At Lily Homes, we build on most square, rectangle or irregular blocks. Blocks that slope will often incur more costs, and we normally don’t build on blocks that slope more than 2 metres over the building footprint.
In assessing whether your block is suitable to build on, the first step is to see one of our sales staff so they can discuss the particulars of your land and your desired home. Once the block is determined ok we then work out what house can fit.
