The Alpha is our most compact dual occupancy single storey design.

The main part of the home features four bedrooms, with three close to the main bathroom and well positioned off the living area. The master bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.

It has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area that extends to an alfresco, making it perfect for entertaining.

The attached living space has its own open plan kitchen and living area. It features two bedrooms, one of which can be used for a different purpose like a study or home gym.

The Alpha is completed by a double garage with internal access.
