Grevillia

The Grevillia is designed for wide, shallow blocks and has a beautiful layout with living spaces on one side and bedrooms on the other.

The large living room sits to the left of the entrance hallway, so guests can be welcomed into that space without having to enter the main living area. Beyond that is the open plan kitchen, meals and family room. An alfresco off the meals area allows for the space to be opened up even further for casual, relaxed entertaining.

The laundry is also on this side of the home with outside access, making it convenient. Additional practicality is provided with internal access from the double garage and one of the garages being a drive through.

On the other side of the home are the four bedrooms, with the master bedroom having two separate walk-in wardrobes and an ensuite. A powder room, main bathroom and linen closet complete this wing of the Grevillia.
