The Property Portfolio of the Cast Friends

Ever wondered where the Friends’ cast lived when they weren’t sitting in Central Perk or one of their apartments? It seems they used their record breaking pay cheques to buy some lavish homes.

COURTENEY COX (MONICA)

One of Courteney’s most loved homes is her Malibu beach compound on Escondido Beach. Styled in warm and inviting hues of chocolate. cream and bronze, the contemporary home is as much comfortable as stylish. With unobstructed views and an outdoor area that’s akin to a resort, it’s not hard to see why she loves it.

MATTHEW PERRY (CHANDLER)

Matthew has owned a number of lavish properties across Los Angeles. But he spent much of last year’s lockdown in his Malibu beach house which he recently sold. With floor to ceiling glass windows and a deck spanning the entire width of the home. he had amazing ocean views. A rooftop garden. home theatre and private hot tub made isolation a lot
easier.

DAVID SCHWIMER (ROSS)

it’s hard to picture Ross in an industrial style apartment, but that’s the style favoured by David in his Chicago loft. Timber, concrete and brick all feature with high ceilings. exposed pipes and stainless steel appliances adding to the warehouse style.

JENNIFER ANISTON (RACHEL)

Jennifer is well known for successfully flipping properties across Los Angeles. She’s now living in a Bel Air mansion, but one of her most beautiful renovations was the 1972 period home she bought after her much publicised split from Brad Pitt. A combination of Balinese, Hawaiian and Japanese styling with travertine and stone features. Brazilian cumaru floors and a Murano glass chandelier, it’s a testament to her penchant for interior design.

WITH UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS AND AN OUTDOOR AREA THAT’S AKIN TO A RESORT, IT’S NOT HARD TO SEE WHY SHE LOVES IT.

LISA KUDROW (PHOEBE)

Lisa has owned a number of properties but the one that would most suit Phoebe would be the private ski lodge penthouse In Utah. With floor to ceiling windows taking in spectacular mountain views, balconies to enjoy the fresh air and plenty of comfy spots, it’s just perfect.

MATT LEBLANC (JOEY)

One of Matt’s homes was a 1930’s Spanish style house complete with classic stucco facade and red roof tiles. A traditionalist like Joey would approve. Vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, ironwork features and exposed beams all added warmth and a comfortable familiarity.

The cast are all on Instagram – check them out to see more of their homes and what they’re up to now.
